Founded in 1994, Coda Octopus Group, Inc. is engaged in 3D/4D subsea technology and is the developer and patent holder of real-time 3D/4D sonar products, which are expected to play a critical role in the next generation of underwater port security systems.

We produce hardware, software and fully integrated systems which are sold and supported on a worldwide basis, and operated primarily in three distinct market segments: underwater defense/security, oil and gas, and dredging and underwater construction.

In addition, two subsidiaries provide engineering services to a wide variety of clients in the subsea, defense, nuclear and pharmaceutical industries, as well as manufacturing all the Group’s products.
