About Bryan Segal
Bryan Segal entered McGill University nearly 2 decades ago with a passion for numbers. It was a time where very few students dreamed of statistics and analytics, and even fewer envisioned the velocity and power that data would have on the world at large. In the year 2000, Bryan took a role with comScore as a research analyst and an account manager. However, in just four short years his expertise and leadership earned him a promotion to Senior Director. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales, helping comScore become the single standard in Digital Measurement in Canada.
Bryan is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences, averaging 30 speaking engagements annually. Additionally, Mr. Segal proudly serves as a board member of the Internet Advertising Bureau of Canada and CARF – The Canadian Advertising Research Foundation. In December 2014, Bryan was drawn to the opportunity of leading Engagement Labs – an early-stage technology/media company that he believes has all the hallmarks of what comScore had in its infancy. As Bryan states it, “Engagement Labs, poised to be the world’s foremost data-centric communications company, represents an opportunity to create ‘a currency’ for social media marketing just as Nielson Ratings has for television viewing or comScore has for the internet.”
