About Tal Hayek
Mr. Hayek is addicted to transformation. In 2004, Tal founded an ad-tech company, a marketing platform focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. In 2006, it was sold to a public company. Staying on for two years, Tal was a key contributor in helping the company’s revenue grow to $110MM in 2008. However, it was during his time at the helm that Tal began to notice major inefficiencies in media buying. In 2009, Tal shifted this value focus to digital advertising and Acuity was born.
